Dünir society makes great use of certain beasts of burden, the sturdy Talltuft being among them. The long and sturdy legs of the Talltuft Calf make it ideal for hauling, and the Dünir train the younglings to carry goods very early on, albeit using light gear to help build their strength. The Dünir make sure to pair the parents with their children, ensuring that their spirits remain high, and their apathy remains low. This particular calf has been invited to serve a noble family, and as such it is well-kept, and its pails glimmer and overflow with precious stones.[1]
