Cleric Judgment ability.[1]

We've since changed judgment. Now it's a lot longer of a cast, but effectively it's similar where you can either cast it on an enemy to do a huge portion of damage or you can cast on an ally to do a huge heal. So it's a big charged nuke.[1] – John Collins

Alpha-2 Cleric skill:

Base skill
Cast a heal on target ally for a large amount of health. If this is cast on an enemy, it instead deals radiant damage to the target and applies 2 stacks of Burning.[1][2]
