Chains of Restraint Alpha-2 Cleric ability comboing with a Whirlwind fighter ability.[1]
I set it up with Whirlwind and it applies these staggered effects; and Chains of Restraint will stun any targets under the stack of time. So right now that's one particular synergy but as the game continues to come together and you see more and more abilities, there will be all kinds of ways to set up that that outcome.[1] – Tradd Thompson
