Ashes of Creation is a PvX game.[1] Players will naturally encounter both PvP and PvE elements.[2]
- There will not be different PvP and PvE gear types.[3]
- All stats relate to a player's combat effectiveness in PvX.[4]
- There is a balance between PvP and PvE in Ashes of Creation.[5]
- Some servers may be may be more PvP focused than others.
- Progression in the game might require PvE elements.
- Both PvP and PvE oriented players will have many activities within those experiences.
- The developers are hesitant to state that a player could purely focus on one or the other.
