Townhall

Winstead Village (stage 3) node town hall in Alpha-2.

We want the City Hall to be the place where big decisions are made for each Node. It should be where the “ruling class” comes together and decides what to do (these decisions can quickly make them the “old ruling class” too).

The townhall is the central location in a node where citizens and the mayor can participate in and conduct official node business

• Town halls are default service buildings that come pre-built with nodes.
• Mayoral commissions boards that list available Mayoral commissions are located near a node's city hall.
• Commissions chests for turning in resources and materials for mayoral commissions are located near a node's city hall.
• Players interact with Town Hall Administrator NPCs to apply for citizenship at that node.^{[ citation needed ]}
